If you wish to
print out pages in the
maintenance or other
sections, you may need to
change your browser settings
so that all the words fit on
your page. To find out
if the page will fit within
the margins of your printer
settings, first do a print
preview. Go to File,
Print Preview and see if the
words are cut off the end. If
the words are cut off, you
will need to change the
settings for the margins.
The
instructions below are for
Internet Explorer and
Firefox. If you are
using another browser (AOL or
other), you may need to check
your browser options to
change margin settings. Or
choose to print landscape.
Keep in mind
that all printers have
different options and
instructions - if these
instructions do not work for
you, you can change your
print setup options to print
landscape rather than
portrait to capture all the
text in its entirety.
After the
settings have been changed,
when you choose to print the
pages, all the text should
print within the margins but
you should verify by using
print preview.
